Biothane is extremely easy to care for and made for everyday messes.

• Rinse with warm water or wipe clean with a damp cloth
• For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water
• Air dry before storing

Hand-Knit Items:
Our hand-knit items are made with care and should be treated gently.

• Hand wash or spot clean only
• Lay flat to dry

• In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Items that are not currently in stock or are made to order ship within 5–10 business days.
  Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Yes! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in new condition.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping on returns
• Salt Aura provides return shipping labels for exchanges only

• Custom orders

  • Hand-knit items may only be returned if the package is unopened and sealed

At this time, we do offer custom orders on select items. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes! Our biothane gear is 100% waterproof and safe for swimming, beach days, and muddy adventures. Simply rinse with water and wipe clean after use.

No! While most of our gear is designed for dogs, we also offer cat collars with breakaway clasps for feline friends.
